Refund policy

At MedAura Scrubs, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below.
Returns
- Our policy lasts 15 days from the date of purchase.
- If more than 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
- Masks and Filters are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received.
- In its original packaging.
- Free from dirt, stains, odors, or any signs of wear.
- Scrubs that have been worn, washed, show dirt, or have perfume or fragrance applied are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software or digital products
- Health and personal care items that have been opened
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Proof of Purchase
All returns require a valid receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within a set number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after approval:
- Re-check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company (it may take time before a refund is officially posted).
- Contact your bank (processing times may vary).

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at medaurascrub@gmail.com and send your item to:
Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit for the value of your return.
- If the gift was not marked as such, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Shipping
To initiate a return, please contact us at medaurascrub@gmail.com.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.
- Depending on your location, the time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you will vary.
- If returning an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
