At MedAura Scrubs, we strive to deliver your order quickly and securely. Please review our shipping policy below.
Processing Times
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
- During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Estimated delivery times will depend on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.
Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
- Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking details to update.
Shipping Locations
- We currently ship within the United States.
- At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Shipping Restrictions
- We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted locations.
- Certain items may have additional shipping restrictions due to carrier or regulatory rules.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
- MedAura Scrubs is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or damaged in transit once handed over to the shipping carrier.
- If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at medaurascrub@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging.
Incorrect Addresses
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
- Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot make changes or cancellations.
- Please review your order carefully before checkout.
